We’ll pay you a $1,000 bonus if you stay with us through the lawn season. Join Bundl Home and our established lawn care crew! We're currently finalizing our client contracts for the season and need to grow our team. Opportunity to stay with us for snow removal after the lawn season ends. We'll also get you some hours starting now as we prep our team and equipment for the season. Objective(s): Deliver high quality work and treat our customers’ property, our equipment, and all members of our team with respect and care. Crew leads add new hires to our existing high performing team and help them succeed every day. You’ll know you are succeeding if our customers are happy with their service and relationship, you attract and retain members of your crew, and our customers and employees refer their friends to Bundl Home. What you will be doing: -Mowing, trimming, pulling/spraying weeds, applying fertilizer or other turf products (once licensed), seasonal cleanup, and clearing snow for our customers (if you stay with us through Winter) -Managing crew members on your team so we perform high quality work for our customers and demonstrate our company values every day -Completing your daily route efficiently providing work that meets Bundl standards -Care, maintenance, and transport of Bundl Home lawn and snow removal equipment -Ensure all of your actions are high quality, focused on service, and safe -Identify opportunities for Bundl to improve our services and business -Support our customers and members of our team with high accountability and low ego -Earn bonuses on successful customer and employee referrals - you earn more when we do! -Other necessary responsibilities as needed - we do what needs to get done! You might be a good fit if you have: -1-2 years of experience on a lawn care crew, landscaping, and/or snow removal -Experience operating and maintaining lawn equipment -Class A&E pesticide and fertilizer license or ability to obtain one (nice to have, but not required) -Valid DOT health card or ability to obtain one -Desire to work outside and see the results of your work every day -Experience coaching and helping others perform their best work -A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly and respectfully -A desire to continuously improve your work and team -Ambition, a strong work ethic, and desire to provide high quality service -Accountability to your customers, deliverables, and your teammates Requirements: -Valid driver’s license in Minnesota + relatively clean driving record -Reliable transportation to/from our shop in the Western Twin Cities M-F -Submit and pass a background check -Authorized to work in the United States
