I have a MSI GF65 thin laptop; rtx 3060 version. wondering if anyone out there could rig my laptop up so that the GPU and CPU can be watercooled with an external radiator.
Essentially i dont care how bulky it might get but as long as I can still type on my laptop and use it then that woudl be great. Hoping you can somehow create a loop either out of copper or aluminum, if possible that contacts the CPU and GPU, then attach it to some tubes that hook up to an external radiator. and if the copper and aluminum is not possible then the rubber hoses are fine too.
Tired of having to blast my fan on this. I have opened this up before to switch it to liquid metal thermal paste.
This was a cheap laptop when i got it. I would waive any liability to you if needed. Temps with prolonged gaming and slight undervoltage around 70-75c. can sometimes get to 80. Before I did the undervolt and liquid metal I was getting 95.
Regardless, I just really wanna see if it can be done and totally understand I'd lose the mobility of the laptop.
Tell me how much it might cost.
