Baby Pigeons

I have 2 baby pigeons that were found in a nest on my roof while work was being done. I have contacted CALM, California Department of Fish & Wildlife, multiple Animal Shelters and Feed Stores and nobody will take these in. I do not wish to raise pigeons but I know some people may want to so I am looking for a good home for these 2.
