Power Lines Down, Power Outage Reported In Redondo Beach

REDONDO BEACH, CA — Power lines were down in Redondo Beach early Thursday. The power outage was reported at Grant Avenue and Blossom Lane. It appears to have been caused by a blown transformer, city officials said. Redondo Beach Police were at the scene of the outage. Residents in the immediate area of Grant Avenue and Blossom Lane are asked to shelter in place. "So Cal Edison en-route. Traffic in the area is affected, use alternate routes," officials said.
