Your commitment, hardwork, punctuality, professionalism, able meet time parameters to complete cleaning on time is desired. Primary Responsibilities: •Work ALL cleaning days each month (days vary)11am-3pm •Clean house with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines. •Ensuring that all areas of each room are cleaned to a very high standard •Vacumn stone floors and carpets. •Sweep up debris. •Clean all toilets with toilet brush and chemicals. •Clean all shower doors, mirrors, sinks and tubs with cleaning towels and chemicals. •Wipe down appliances. • Use of washer/dryer machine. •Wash soiled clothes and linens. •Place fresh linens on all beds. •Wash, fold, and stock towels • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies at all times. •Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces. •Empty wastebaskets and take out trash. •Wash dishes, empty dishwasher and put dishes away in cupboards. •Throw out expired food in fridge. • Keep green trashcan in garage during all turns. • Put outside trashcans on curb for trash pickup on Mondays. •Clean all kitchen appliances. •Clean all leather couches. •Clean all granite counter tops. •Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves. •Clean and dust windows and sliding doors. •Mop, polish floors. •Restock and check cleaning supplies inventory. •Turn mattresses, plump pillows, and change cushions. •Good work ethic and good time management skills required.
