NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN *Mandatory* ATLANTA/Metro ATLANTA training is in Ball Grounds,GA about 45 miles out if you are not willing to travel here for training please DO NOT apply! Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must have reliable transportation with insurance. Willing to work under all weather conditions as this is a physically demanding position Compensation: 1099- position (pay your on taxes) Weekly Pay Job Description: Temporary training location Balls Ground, GA. Do not apply if you can’t make the trip. Job sites will change after training will have a shuttle in place once regions are established. Will discuss more during interview. Each assembly is inspected by quality control to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Must be a team player, this role consist of a 2-5 man crew. Comfortable working with nail guns and air compressors. All tools will be provided to your team once assigned. Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 750 a week average out to $75 a completed build or 18.75 hour on a 8 hr pay scale can INCREASE depending on team productivity. Important: This is a HELPER position you will be paid as a HELPER with the potential to make more money as long as you are productive. Missed days, unfinished builds will effect pay so you MUST be reliable Make up days will apply to account for rain days/ missed day/ etc . Productivity driven this is where you make your money minimum 2 builds a day on smaller builds if productivity is not met it will effect your pay.
