Responsibilities: Assist with installation and programming of audio/video, phone, computer and security systems Learning and developing skill set to add value to installation team Qualifications: Candidate should have excellent attention to detail Familiarity with pre-wiring homes and businesses is beneficial Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients and colleagues Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to "think on your feet" Ability to produce good documentation & customer file notes Can-do positive attitude and desire to work with customers in a high-touch service business Technicians will be provided basic tools.
