We are a debt free, fast growing, family-owned company, specializing in residential swimming pool maintenance, service and repairs in the south east valley (Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Ahwatukee). We are looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. Applicants must take pride in their work and ownership of their job duties, have good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Job Description: This is a year-round Full-Time position. Technicians will be cleaning pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, and ensuring correct operation of pool equipment. As well as perform routine filter cleans and light repairs or replace parts. No weekend work required! Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions): • Have a valid AZ driver license, truck and insurance • Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes • Have a reliable work ethic • Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs • Have a smartphone that can take pictures, text pictures, and access pool service app • Be able to work legally in the US Compensation: • Flat rate pay during training - Per Pool after training (average $18-22.00/hr) • Paid time off including vacation/sick days, Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Years • Weekly gas allowance • Summer bonus • New hire bonus after 90 days • Semi-annual bonus • Employee and customer referral bonus • Ability to earn extra compensation through filter cleans, light repairs and added pools
