Found guarder snake, possibly injured

Found this guy by the side of the road, I think he's a guarder snake but he doesn't seem to like worms. I don't think he's native and is someone's escaped pet. I think he got hit by a car or squished and may need medical attention. When he moves around he sometimes looks flattened. He is also very aggressive and keeps trying to bite me. I put him in a spare turtle enclosure.
