Job description Allegheny Partners is seeking a motivated and task-oriented Entry Level Apartment Turnover Technician for various managed properties located in the Roanoke area. Responsibilities Preparing residential and commercial units for new tenants including painting, cleaning, minor repair Cleaning building common areas and offices Perform regular property inspections, ensure properties meet Allegheny standards of maintenance and cleanliness, identify, and communicate maintenance needs as necessary Timely service of assigned maintenance requests Completes Apartment Turnover Checklist Adheres to turn over schedule and communicates progress to Supervisor Other duties, grounds keeping and turnover tasks as assigned On Call Emergency Duties Dependent on Candidate Benefits: Allegheny Partners offers paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision plans to full-time employees Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance a plus Ability to work independently while maintaining scheduled work Ability to perform all physical activities associated with maintenance work is required Ability to lift at least 50lbs regularly Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Hourly.
