Established custom home builder is looking for a hands-on lead foreman to run a small crew and manage two houses. Must have at least 2 years experience leading crews and be able to plans, manage sub-contractors, and stay on top of two projects simultaniously. Must have own transportation. Hourly pay, time and a half for overtime, bonuses, medical benifits, 401k retirement matching.
