We clean offices for Film Productions in Koreatown and Huntington Park. We are very good at what we do, so we are looking for people who take pride in their work and can do it efficiently yet somewhat quickly. All equipment and supplies are supplied. Sometimes you'll be working with a crew, sometimes by yourself. We get paid weekly through Zelle-taxes are not taken out, but you will have to fill out a W9 form. The offices in Huntington Park are typically cleaned after 8 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Sometimes the cleaning for Friday is after 8 pm Friday, sometimes it is over the weekend. It usually takes 2-3 hours to finish. You will be part of a crew, sometimes one other person, sometimes 2. The production in Koreatown is just starting and has only a small area to clean to start. It may only take an hour to 1.5 hours...your pay will be a minimum of $50. It will be cleaned 3 nights/week. As the production grows, the cleaning time will take longer. We also have other cleaning jobs available during the day throughout the LA area-these jobs require your own car.
