Workers Agreement • $15/hr Starting pay (under the table) + tips (most make $20+/hr) $700/Week with tips • Must be able to play worker roll • NO Disrespect towards customer or boss • Show up on time • Leave all the bullshit in your car • First day is same day pay then, pay is weekly • You are responsible for yourself, no excuses • Must have instant transfer app • Keep us updated with where you are • Must have a car and be willing to pick up and carpool from North Portland to the jobs for the day If you show up and don’t meet our requirements, we do not have to pay you. We do hold the right to kick you off the job at any time; don’t give us a reason too :) This is a great way to stay in shape and get paid at the same time! You get to meet all kind of people and make new connections. Sometimes people will just give you stuff for free; all you gotta do is ask! What we are looking for… Primarily we would love to hire team leads. Someone who is in good physical shape and well balanced. People who can go to jobs sites on their own and complete the job smoothly. Someone who has communication skills and loves to help on stress full days. A reliable person who will keep in contact us. Basic moving 1. Meet with the customer 2. Assessing what all they would like to get moved 3. Packing the truck efficiently and safely 4.
