Simple handyperson job: exterior mailbox install

We need to install a stainless steel mailbox onto an exterior wall (stucco type panel). We have anchor bolts that may be appropriate. This is a very straightforward job, but we would like someone who has worked with this material and can install w/o damaging the wall. The fasteners should also be sealed with silicone, or similar. Should be easy to finish in an hour or less.
