MSNW Group is looking for someone who finds enjoyment in cleaning and working as part of a team. They need to have good time management to prioritize tasks so that they complete their assignment by the end of their shift. The applicant must have the ability to change tasks or assignments outside of the normal duties and be able to fill in during staff shortage. Applicant must understand customer service and keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings in a clean and orderly condition. They must be able to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written direction from the Operations Supervisor. Must have Floor Tech Experience! Principle duties: Must have Floor Technician Experience Floor cleaning includes stripping and waxing hard floor surfaces, carpet extraction, carpet maintenance, furniture cleaning, washing of equipment, walls ceilings, windows, blinds and light fixtures as scheduled. Cleaning a multi-level facility requires that the applicant must be comfortable climbing stairs. Compensation: $20-$25 depending on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., 8 hours per day Requirements: Must have experience as Floor Tech
