Leschi Lakeside Property Management Website: Company Overview We are Leschi Lakeside Property Management---we own and self-manage residential, commercial, hospitality and retail properties. Our offices are located on the shores of Lake Washington, in the business district of the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle. We are a small team that work collaboratively to manage the properties in our portfolio, and are ready to add a full time maintenance position. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in a wide variety of repairs. Someone who is detail oriented, and performs quality work, with a customer friendly attitude! The right person will have knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance. As a small company, all of our positions require a certain amount of flexibility, and this position may continue to evolve as the company grows. The Maintenance Technician will assist in remodels, and tasks performed at apartment buildings, residential homes, and commercial properties both interior and exterior. They will also work closely with the Property Manager and the rest of the team in a collaborative manner. Maintenance Technician Benefits ● COMPENSATION: COMPETITIVE DOE ● ALLOWANCE: Automobile allowance ● SICK DAYS: 5 days per year ● BENEFITS: Medical/Dental/Vision (after 30 days) ● 10 days paid vacation ● Paid Holidays Maintenance Technician Responsibilities ● Meet repair vendors and oversee work ● Plumbing ● Electrical ● HVAC ● Carpentry repairs ● Drywall patch and repair ● Painting ● Cleaning Exterior ● Cleaning Interior ● Landscaping Maintenance Technician Requirements ● MUST have a smartphone, reliable transportation, (prefer the vehicle be a truck), current automobile insurance ● Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and minor remodeling ● Able to prioritize and work in a timely and efficient manner ● Provide excellent communication and customer service ● Display organizational skills and maintain records, receipts, invoices, and tools ● Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and are physically agile ● Able to pass a criminal background check
