Hello! I'm Morgan, I've been weaving since 2012 and am offering one-on-one floor loom weaving classes in my Bushwick studio or at-home weaving help! Learn more and sign up here: https://www.morgan-hale.com/classes Class and At-Home Help Info: -Just Weaving: This is a one day intensive weaving class, about six hours long, including a lunch break. The class includes all materials to create your weaving and my weaving guide called Weaving Untangled which includes basic info about looms, yarn, set up, patterns, resources and a project planning section for future weaving. Before the class we will discuss what you'd like to create from the options of a scarf, 2 hand towels, or 2 placemats. Then you'll pick the pattern and colors of cotton yarn you'd like to use. I will create the warp for you and the loom will be set up for weaving when you arrive in the studio. During the class we will go over how the loom works, weaving basics and finishing techniques. This class lets you get straight to the fun of weaving and creating something without the long set up process. While we won't go in depth about the planning and set up process, the booklet includes this info to take in on your own time. -All About Weaving: This is a two day intensive weaving class, about six hours each day, including a lunch break.
