APPLY TODAY Position Summary This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that perform grounds maintenance work, including: irrigation, mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, shoveling and general grounds maintenance, sports field maintenance, flower bed maintenance, seasonal clean- ups and snow removal. Salary: $18-22 depending on education and experience. Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities Operate power equipment to provide mowing and lawn maintenance services including, but not limited to, mowers, lawn waste blowers, leaf and debris removal, edger’s, weed eaters, excavators, tractor, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers, sod cutters, and pruning saws, etc. Install plants, mulch/rock, drip irrigation, make sprinkler alterations on the existing landscape. Perform work safely, efficiently, meeting budgeted time constraints. Perform work professionally, meeting the high standards of Lindgren Landscape and our clients. Attend training as available to continue career growth and stay up to date with best current practices. Assist with other duties as assigned. Experience: 1 year of maintenance experience preferred. Specialized Skills Acute attention to detail. Ability to routinely lift 80 lbs. or more. Ability to work in various temperature and weather extremes. Strong communication skills and work ethic. Must have character and integrity and be reliable and safety-oriented. Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Hours: Hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
