Seeking painting subcontractors for consistent ongoing work

We are a growing house painting company in the Metro West area with more jobs sold than we are able to produce. We are seeking an ongoing relationship with subcontractors who can produce quality work and are interested in being given a consistent stream of jobs without having to worry about marketing. This will include both interior and exterior work. Currently booking many exterior projects into May and June. Will provide you with shirts and magnets to represent our company while on job site. Ideal candidate with have the following: *registered business *liability insurance *tools and transportation *good reputation, references and examples of your work *good with communication *know your pricing and production capabilities Below area some photos of a basics garrison colonial house. If you could look at these photos and give me an estimated price that would be helpful. Quote for power wash, scrape, sand, spot prime (oil), caulk as needed,1 coat on siding and 1 coat on trim (no windows, doors or garage doors, just window/ door frames). Then give me another price for a 2nd coat on siding. Also if you could let me know approximately how many gallons you think you’d use for and how you would apply (spray? Spray/ back brush? Brush? Etc) If you also want to include a daily rate for basic interior work that would be helpful too. Like I said we are currently selling a lot of work at good prices.
