FLEMINGTON, NJ — Several Flemington-Rartian Regional School District administrators earn more than $150,000, information released by the New Jersey Department of Education shows. The administrators are among the 1,552 on the department's list of superintendents and principals and their salaries released annually. The local administrators, their salaries, years of service, and their rank on the list, are: Superintendents and assistant superintendents: 260. Kari McGann, zero years of service, $180,000 272. Daniel Bland, 26 years, $179,333 327. Stephanie Voorhees, 27 years, $176,342 Principals and assistant principals: 463. Kathleen Suchorsky, Robert Hunter Elementary School, 35 years, $158,277 555. Karen Gabruk, Barley Sheaf Elementary School, 27 years, $155,904 746. Carol Howell, Francis A. Desmares Elementary School, 29, $150,938 The list has grown recently. Last year, fewer than 1,000 principals and superintendents made $150,000 annually. More teachers are earning six-figure salaries, too. The increase was less than 1 percent above the previous year's median salary. The Department of Education has said the department double-checks the data before delivering it to the media.
