My name is Kyle and I am an experienced investor with 50+ rentals and several renovations going on right now. We are looking to hire 1-2 maintenance technicians that can perform minor repairs on our rental properties and help us with our renovations. This job will be a full time position. You must have your own tools. When we don't have open maintenance items you will be working on the flips that we have going on. We have properties from Northern Kentucky up to Hamilton, OH.
