Help needed with home improvement projects in Hamilton. Experience with painting and simple carpentry would be helpful. Part time up to 30 hours/week. Flexible schedule as long as progress is being made. Housing is available on site. There is also an off street spot for an RV or camper. Prefer to offer housing at discounted rate in lieu of cash for work, but not necessary. Women or men, children okay. Dogs okay. The house is a 2 BR / 1 Ba. Furnished. Comfortable. I am adding a 3rd bedroom downstairs, a kitchenette, shower room and powder room. The projects do not impact the main living area. Sufficient funds on hand to complete all projects. Must be hard worker, responsible, honest, respectful and bring a positive attitude. This is probably not a situation where a contractor would be hired for the work, with the exception of exterior painting. Further details about the house and the work can be provided via email.
