Employment type: Full-time Job title: Mowing, Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping Tractor mower wanted. The job consists of commercial property maintenance with Cab tractor and batwing mowers, Kubota Zero turn mower, in addition, some weed eating, edging, litter pickup, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and rare tree pruning. Office locations: East Allen • Prefer experienced workers- must be willing to learn. • Reliable transportation and able to report to work on time. • Ability to follow verbal instructions and work efficiently with a team. • Positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace. • Possibility of lifting 50 pounds. Clean Driver license-CDL is preferred and a MAJOR plus! Laborer Pay Range: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Pay increases based on reliability, productivity, willingness to learn, and shows improvement.
