Interested runners must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for an interview: - Live within or at most 5 miles outside our service area: See our service area map - Comfortable with dogs of all sizes (able to handle two large dogs at once) - Be able to run dogs and have a good time - Able to run a minimum of 3 miles without stopping (marathon, triathlon, track team experience a plus!) - Must currently be able to run at least an 8-10 min/mile pace - Willing to walk some of our older dogs and younger puppies - Must currently be injury-free - Weather resilient (Snow, rain, 0 deg F, summer, exercise in 10 F - 90 F etc.) - Hold U.S. citizenship or legal working documents Able to commit to at least two days Mondays - Fridays: - 11 am - 2 pm and/or - 8 am - 11 am Have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to clients Own a smartphone with a data plan Must be able to run, walk, jump, grasp and lift arms above shoulder height Estimated Compensation per session: $16 per 2 - 2.5 mile running session $22 per 4 - 4.5 mile running session $28 per 6 - 7 mile running session + Tips + Federal rate/mile vehicle travel reimbursement + Uniform Upgrade Compensation (running shoes, pants, shorts, gloves, etc) Please do not call to inquire.
