Looking for a self starter interested in general contracting work, to do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker. Responsibilities: - Demo - Prep paint and finish work - Yard work / remove, fill, or compact earth - Loading / Unloading building and heavy materials - Prep construction sites by cleaning / removing obstacles and hazards - Help carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary - Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding / tools and machinery for painting - Follow instructions from supervisors - Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary - Perform site clean-up Requirements: - Need to have reliable transportation - Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks - Ability to work in all weather - Must be reliable - Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is helpful, but not necessary Hourly rate is competitive/ paid weekly.
