Boutique Commercial Property Management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for general building, landscape, and grounds maintenance to oversee day-to-day property maintenance for properties including retail, industrial, and office properties. The individual we are seeking is required to exhibit that “partnership” mindset as well as a moderate degree of competence in several trades. Requirements: ● Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record ● Creative Problem Solver ● Knowledge of Landscaping maintenance including plant care and irrigation repair. ● Mechanically inclined ● Some experience with building maintenance and light repairs including light carpentry ● Self-starter. ● Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks ● Familiarity with maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws etc. ● Manages a daily work log ● Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone.
