Drummer looking to start a cover band

Hello! I’m a drummer based in Delaware County looking to put together a working cover band. I was thinking a modern dance band and/or country music. A lot of people around here like modern country so I thought that could be a good direction. I have a long beard so it fits haha. I played in a rock/ country cover band in Southern Virginia for awhile and it went over well down there. If anyone in the area is looking for a drummer for something similar I’d be happy to hear from you too! A little about me: I went to college for percussion/ music and I’ve been gigging and teaching private lessons in Delaware County for a few years. I’ve done original music, Jazz, fusion, musicals, pop covers, rock covers, country covers. I’m 31 if that matters to anyone but I’m happy to work with anyone I’m looking for some fellow musicians to play most weekends out of the month with me. Once I get a lineup together I’d like to put a set together quickly and get out there. I’m hoping to find musicians that can also learn songs quickly and efficiently. Once we’re gigging I’d prefer to have a rehearsal only if we really need to. I’d like to work with musicians who can learn a song ahead of time, run it at soundcheck and be ready to play it that night. If that sounds like you then let’s get in touch and work something out!
