Need handyman for non-licensed plumbing

I live in an RV park full time. I am attempting to switch from a sewer hose to PVC pipe. I have the materials, and I have configured the pipe and the fittings. But I need help getting the sections back apart and glueing them together properly. It’s all new and clean, except for the part that actually attaches to the sewer hole. $20 per hour, two hour minimum. I have a couple other things I would pay $20 an hour for, as well, such as connecting the water and turning on the water heater. Chris 956-497-6838.
