The HT Group is looking for a General Laborer Grounds for a client in Beaumont. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm with 30-minute lunch. Pay is $8hr. You will be expected to work in outside conditions in cold and heat. The skilled laborers will operate equipment.Qualifications Ability to work in outside conditions both cold and hotExperience using manual hand tools such as shovels and shearsAbility to move soil, equipment, and materials, dig holes, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowersAbility to lift and carry 50 lbsAbility to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day Responsibilities You will be responsible for completing various maintenance tasks such as mowing, blowing, weedingTo do well in this role you should be safe, physically fit, reliable, and be a hard workerPerform groundskeeping and maintenance duties such as trash pick upMow lawn by hand or using a riding lawnmowerPlanting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushesTree, tree limbs, and debris removalApply fertilizer to the ground to enhance growthTrim shrubs and pull weedsPerform minor repairs and maintenance proceduresRake, mulch, and prune the grounds as neededWater plants and grass as neededUse of pick, shovel, rake, wheel barrel, and other hand tools necessary for landscapingAbility to lift, carry, and load heavy materialsMust be able to follow instructions, be reliable, dependable, and ready to workMust pass a drug testReliable transportation is a must ** If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume over for immediate consideration. **#SETX
