Repair combination meter on 2006 Toyota Prius

I need someone to repair my combination meter on my 2006 Toyota Prius. This is a common problem on the generation 2 Toyota Prius. I will need you to solder a capacitor on the combination meter. It's a fairly simple process, but I don't have the time to do it. What needs to be done is to remove the dashboard, solder a new capacitor on the combination meter and put the dashboard back together. Here is a step-by-step video of what needs to be done.
