I’m a money lender in RB and have a need for a partner/investor. It pays 9.99% and will be secured by real property with substantial equity. LTV 60% or less. Term is 1 year or less. Fidelity Title will insure you Investment interest is recorded. I will do all the paper work headache for my partner unless you wish to do it.
250k Will return $2075.00 per month. 1099 Misc income form will be sent to you January 2021.
