The job pays after the unit is complete, We provide the materials.
The things that are done to a unit but can vary are as follow:
-Tearing out carpet and cleaning items tenants have left behind.
-Drywall repair
-Painting
-Installation of doors if needed
-Vinyl plank installation
-Minor electrical
-Minor plumbing
-Installing hardware fixtures to bathrooms
-Making sure window operate correctly or fix if needed.
-Carpentry if needed.
These are some of the stuff that is done to an apartment.
The requirements that we are looking for;
-Must have your tools
-Your own transportation
-Will be required to fill out a W-9 (for when job is complete to submit for your payment).
