This opportunity offers: • starting at $16.00 + per hour DOE • Part Time (25 hours per week) • Flexible Schedule • Employee referral program • Paid Sick Leave • 401(k) with employer match What you will do: • Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal. • Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other simple plumbing jobs. • Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required. • Clean homes to prepare for sale. • Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and complete similar minor electrical tasks. • Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing. • Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas. • Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed. What you Bring: • Ability to respond to after hour emergencies. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Basic computer knowledge • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
