Description

Will report to company Construction Managers. Coordinate, with Construction Manager, a variety of light carpentry, plumbing, electrical and maintenance tasks for several properties throughout San Antonio, Austin, and Bastrop. Analyze, troubleshoot and fix highly complex construction issues under the guidance of the Construction Manager. Function according to residents' schedules/requirements when performing maintenance duties. Expected to maintain a 40 hour work week. Overtime will need authorization from Construction Managers and Upper Management. Carry out standard repairs and maintenance on various properties. Expected to perform some material handling, landscaping, and trash haul duties. Expected to be cost conscious when purchasing material.
