Must be skilled in plumbing, painting, electrical and be willing to do whatever it takes to keep our residents happy. Monthly bonuses available. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background and drug screen. This individual will be joining a new team and will be able to shine. On call every other week for minor issues. Health, Dental, Vision offered with some plans that employer picks up 70%.
