North Medford apartment complex is looking for a full time maintenance manager to join our team. We are a drug free smoke free apartment complex located in east Medford. This position is responsible for the care, maintenance and repairs of the apartment complex. This is a salaried position that offers employer paid medical insurance. Responsibilities: • Painting indoor and outdoor • Maintenance and repairs relating to apartment turnovers • Clearing garbage disposals, drains and toilets • Replacing light switches, sockets, fixtures and electric receptacles and performing other electrical work • Keeping the grounds and common areas neat and tidy • Adjusting irrigation time clocks, and minor sprinkler repair • Moving appliances, and appliance repair • Replacing faucets, sinks, toilets and other related repairs • Coordinating and obtaining bids for repairs and maintenance done by outside parties Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle • Must have basic construction tools • Experience in maintenance or related field • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery • Ability to read and execute work orders provided by resident manager • Excellent customer service and social skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task • Ability to lift 50lbs
