We are recruiting NOW for our 2022 season! Operators / Drillers - Safely and effectively operate equipment including the plow/trencher, backhoe, excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, or front-end loader for the installation of underground utilities. Operators perform equipment inspections and may be required to perform daily maintenance of equipment (such as greasing/lubing). Operators must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds Standing, walking including and primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are required continuously Work Environment (All Positions): Employee will be subjected to outside weather conditions Employee could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat and humidity.
