Casual wrangler needed for a horse program near Keystone Heights, Florida. Must have a flexible schedule, transportation and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Requirements include equine experience (ability to recognize health issues) and good customer service skills. The job requires working in heat, cold and other inclement weather conditions. Schedules vary, great opportunity for a student pursuing a career in the horse industry. We average 1-3 events during the year with fulltime work available for summer of 22 allowing 40 hours. The summer schedule runs from mid June to the last week of July. Duties include riding with guests on the trail (walk only), saddling, bathing, treating injuries, grooming, and other barn/horse maintenance tasks.
