We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team! E.L.S. Landscaping and Lawn Services is a landscaping company based out of Cedarburg and has been in business for over 20+ years. We are currently seeking a foreman/forewoman to take care of our plant bed maintenance accounts as well as assist with other duties. Pay is negotiable, dependent on experience. General job duties would include: * Loading/unloading trucks at the beginning and end of each work day. * Assisting in scheduling with accounts based on each accounts specific needs. * Identifying plant species. * Communicating with customers about their needs and questions about plant care. * Pruning plant stock, weeding plant beds, spraying weeds, applying fertilizer/weed control products to lawns, mulching, planting, soil work, Spring/Fall clean up, etc. Job requirements include: * Ability to identify plants and knowledge of the proper care of plants. * Knowledge in use of hedge trimmers, sprayers, weed whackers, and general equipment. * 3.0 pesticide license or willingness to obtain one. * Reliable transportation and on time every day. * Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and common sense. * Lastly, take pride in your work and be happy working outside every day!
