Live in caregivers for elderly woman with memory loss

Looking for two to three full time live in caregivers for elderly woman. I am looking for someone who specifically wants to develop a companionship and devotion to my mom. You do not have to have healthcare experience. She needs someone calm, open minded, and willing to follow directions for specific care, willing to learn. This is not a part time job and needs to be someone who is willing to devote their attention to her. I am looking for 2-3 people so that the work can be shared and that there is always a backup. Home will be gluten and dairy free along with other dietary restrictions. Work would begin on a month to month, temporary basis until there is confirmation of a good fit. Compensation will be monthly stipend plus room. Please don't respond if you are just looking for housing.
