Description
This is a scammer alert of a guy named Kent Anderson living in Dallas Tx, who made a $17 online purchase through Paypal with me and then filed for a credit card charge back after he received his order because he didn't recognize what the charge was for in his account he says.
He says he cancelled the complaint but both Paypal and Discover card have both said he didn't.
He's refusing to pay me saying it's my fault for using Paypal and he's not going to pay me.
His name is Kent Anderson and he scammed me out of $17.
Beware of Kent Anderson.
