dwarf hamster with setup

hello! i have a dwarf hamster up for adoption, he is at least 1 year old. i originally adopted him because a friend needed to rehome, and i sadly am no longer in the position to keep him myself. i would prefer he goes to a home that’s experienced in hamster care, (or willing to learn) a little about him: he is hand friendly but i do not handle him he is used to having 8 inches of bedding to burrow in, i spot clean every week or so and do a deep clean every 2 months, it costs about $25-40 in bedding to refill every 2 months. he is used to having different substrates (coco earth, aspen bedding, carefresh & kaytee bedding, moss, crinkle bedding, calcium free sand) he drinks from a bowl not a bottle, but has used a bottle before i’m just too scared to switch him over he comes out and runs around his tank all day he loves exploring, i’ll say hi to him but other than that i leave him alone. he eats higgins sunburst hamster food & mazuri lab blocks, i sprinkle both around his tank so he can forage for his food, he gets really excited when he hears its raining food! the chews i’ve given him have been econutrition cheese blocks, rice puffs, wheat sprays, millet, whimzees alligators, wood chews & unsalted shell on peanuts. i do not have food to send with him, if you don’t already have these items it will be about $50 to acquire them all but they last a while. he would come with his 40 gallon breeder tank, (36x16x18) already set up how he likes it, so you would just have to maintain it or add to it if you’d like. i’ll sprinkle some food and treats in there for him as well, his adoption fee will be you coming to pick him up! i do not want to transport him, we are in lakewood ohio. just because i don’t handle him doesn’t mean he can’t be handled, he would be a very sweet companion i just never made the time to work with him i’d like to email first & can exchange phone numbers if i think it would be a good fit! ☺️
