We are looking for additional field laborers with a valid driver's license that are responsible for driving company vehicles and trailers, and also executing the physical duties required for each job’s completion. Types of work performed can range from landscaping & snow removal to construction & demolition. The work is primarily outside and we perform work throughout the metro-Milwaukee area. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Loading & unloading of equipment, tools, and materials as needed. • Perform pre and post trip checks of vehicle, trailer, & equipment used each day. • Report any required repairs or maintenance needed on vehicle, equipment, or tool used. • Use company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools safely & properly as instructed. • Clean company vehicles, equipment, and tools as needed to ensure proper functionality. • Types of work to be performed will include various landscaping and construction duties, including basic maintenance, seeding, mulch/stone installation, retaining walls, raking, shoveling, and more. QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR (driving history) is REQUIRED. • Reliable transportation to and from work is required. • Prior experience using landscaping & construction equipment / tools is preferred. • Ability to lift up over 50 pounds on a regular basis is required. • Ability to complete assigned tasks as instructed by supervisor. • Must have strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team. NECESSARY AVAILABILITIES: • Must be able to work regular 40 hour work weeks. • Ability to work over 40 hours a week when necessary COMPENSATION: • Starting at $17.00 / Hour
