Need Monthly Yard Maintenance

I’m looking to hire someone or a company for monthly routine yard maintenance/cleanup at my home in Ballard. I need someone to pull weeds, mow grass, rake leaves and clean up the yard once a month. You will need to provide your own tools (mower, weed wacker, rake, etc.) and leaf/yard bags for cleanup if it does not all fit in our yard waste bin. My goal is to find a new reliable service that can offer yard maintenance monthly at this property. I previously paid $75/month for this service before my former yard maintenance provider moved so I’m hoping to stay within that range. I can pay in Venmo, Zelle, or CC.
