MSNW Group is looking for someone who finds enjoyment in cleaning and working as part of a team. They need to have good time management to prioritize tasks so that they complete their assignment by the end of their shift. The applicant must have the ability to change tasks or assignments outside of the normal duties and be able to fill in during staff shortage. Applicant must understand customer service and keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings in a clean and orderly condition. They must be able to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written direction from the Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities: Provide reliable, high quality cleaning services for various commercial buildings as assigned according to job specifications. Follow and maintain time standards as directed by Operations Supervisor. Ensure the work performed meets customer quality standards for account retention. Provide fill-in services where needed. Utilize cleaning products and equipment effectively and efficiently according to training program. Maintain inventory and supply and equipment needs for assigned accounts. Follow company procedure for ordering cleaning and disposable supplies. Follow procedures and maintain accurate time records utilizing telephone timekeeping system. Report any day-to-day operational problems at accounts to Operations Supervisor. This includes maintenance items outside the janitorial scope of work, as well as safety concerns. Follows MSNW’s Employee Safety Rules such as proper lifting, use of cleaning products, personal protective equipment, etc. Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager Skills: Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle some heavy equipment Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Principle duties: *Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. *Take direction and respond to the Operations Supervisor. *Perform and complete work assignments according to cleaning specifications and budgeted time. *Present a professional appearance and conduct. *Use proper personal protective equipment. Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to: *Dusting *Edging *Pick up and collecting all trash and recycle bins. *Stock restrooms *Restroom cleaning *Spot window cleaning *Wipe down sinks, partitions, and stainless steel *Transport trash and waste to proper disposal area *Remove cobwebs. *Clean and disinfect various surfaces. *Sweep, vacuum & mop floors *Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for consumables as needed. Special Requirements: Work in multiple sites Ocean Shores, Taholah, Twinstar Pay Rate: $25.00 Schedule: Tuesday and Friday Total 7hrs per week Part time
