Hello all! I have been bringing my 85 Volvo 244 back to life and just thought it would be fun to find peeps to drive around town with, grab coffee with and chat about cars. I dig the simplicity of the car and yet am amazed how even after almost 40 years, it still puts down the street. I am day dreaming of finding a car-lift somewhere so I can get underneath to check more out. I want to get into local (Volvo) clubs, go out looking through junkyards and what not. Looking for a friend or two. Please respond with a picture of your Volvo and what other hobbies you have. My other hobbies are: being a shadetree mechanic wannabe, computer hardware/software, video games (old and new), GWAR, gambler500, goodwill bins runs, backyard ghetto gardening, taking day trips in the car, daydreaming of getting into creating for metube (I have done editing and script writing) Thanks for reading.
