Description
AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans is a boutique Camper Van rental company looking for Operations lead near LAS Airport. The operations lead is responsible for:
1. Clean and prepare campers for next trip – includes car cleaning, dish washing and laundry of linens, which typically takes two hours per trip.
2. Visually inspect and record the condition of cars before and after trips.
3. Handle occasional car repairs and equipment loading / replacement
4. Occasional transfer of cars to and from other locations (such as San Francisco or Los Angeles, San Diego, Salt Lake City).
Payment structure:
1. Fixed Payment for car preparation: $60 per car and reimbursement for cleaning expenses (External car wash and Laundry – up to $15 per cleaning).
2. Handling of repairs and equipment: $20 per hour.
3. Car transfers – Fixed pay depending on destination and reimbursement of travel and fuel costs.
Qualification:
1. Valid Driver license and good driving record.
2. Must have your own car insurance.
3. Excellent customer service attitude and ability to deliver perfectly prepared cars to every trip.
4. Responsible and Reliable – completes work by agreed deadline with high quality.
5. Must be able to do physical work (car cleaning, loading and unloading of equipment from cars)
6. Must be able to arrive at the work location independently – no reimbursement for commuting to and from the work location.
Days, hours, employment status:
1. Flexible – set up your own hours to complete work on time. You will most likely need to do some work on weekends.
2. You will be working as an independent contractor and paid through Venmo / Zelle / CashApp or Bank transfers. You must complete a form W9 and we will issue you a form 1099 at the end of the year.
