Personally ive never needed restrictions. I had a best friend Anya and every paycheck she would end up writting bad checks and then needing to cover all the bank fees from the previous week would be broke. This would go on week after week and why she never learned. She was living at home with her parents and had no kids either. Don't be like Anya.
