Our motto is “Your new home for big savings.” (PER EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING IS REQUIRED) Responsibilities and Duties: •Greets guests upon their arrival •List items using a variety of sites and respond to messages •Assists in cleaning the retail area, restrooms, and other areas •Assists in meeting sales goals and market special events •Restocks shelves with products •Assists customers with their different retail needs •Creates displays/visuals for products •Follow operating procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner •Effectively communicate with guests and other team members Qualifications •Dependability •Able to have a “can do” attitude and show a willingness to work •Willing work in an office and warehouse setting •Must be able to pass a drug test and background check •Must be comfortable using a ladder •Be willing to work Monday through Friday and alternate Saturdays (applies to full time employees) •Must be able to multi-task and operate while under pressure •Able to use and operate a computer efficiently •Must posses proficient written and verbal skills •Must be willing to assist other members of the team and comfortable switching to different tasks •Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. •Would prefer a candidate that is comfortable with and able to use social media(Facebook, Craigslist, Offer Up, etc.) and Microsoft office proficiently.
