Construction Laborer - entry level - Full time- cash daily

Local Construction contractor looking to interview and add a new laborer to the crew and start right away. All potential candidates must possess a valid DL and have reliable transportation to get to jobsites throughout the Denver and surrounding areas and jobsites may change on a daily basis. Entry level candidates that are successful ok the position maintain a positive attitude and have a solid work ethic to get the job done efficiently. You will largely be hauling debris and material to and from the jobsite to dumpsters or trailers on site, swinging sledge hammers, shoveling debris, carrying 50+ lbs repeatedly, and leaving the jobsite free of all debris on a daily basis with a good clean up and attention to details. Position offers room to grow from within if you are interested in a field in construction as a career. You will certainly gain a lot of experience in a vast amount of fields within the industry working with my company as well as either get into great shape or maintain being in great shape. Summer is coming soon so we will be working in high temps, you will need to be able to handle the heat. No tools required, we also provide all Personal Protection Equipment. A basic understanding of tools and experience a plus but not necessary. Will train the right candidate. I start out at $13/hr cash paid at end of every day you work, and we can discuss a better rate and your desires to grow with the company after the initial training period. We’re looking for those workers that want to stay and build a solid work history with us and we treat you like family and certainly will reimburse those that prove to be valuable to the company as well.
